University of Gwadar and KIU Sign MoU to Boost Academic Collaboration in Applied and Social Sciences

GWADAR/GILGIT: The University of Gwadar (UG) and Karakoram International University (KIU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on September 10, marking a strategic partnership to enhance academic collaboration in applied and social sciences. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, Pro Vice Chancellor of UG, and Dr. Meer Waheed Akhlaq, Assistant Professor at KIU.  Key attendees included SSP Gwadar Najeeb Ullah Pandarani and Muhammad Irshad Buledi, Director of ORIC at UG, who witnessed this important occasion. This partnership aims to foster faculty development, research initiatives, and create new opportunities for academic exchange by leveraging the strengths of both institutions. The ceremony also featured a special video message from Dr. Atta Ullah Shah, Vice Chancellor of KIU, who emphasized the shared vision for driving academic excellence and research in various fields. This MoU marks the beginning of a productive, mutually beneficial relationship between the two universities, dedicated to advancing knowledge in their respective domains.
